Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Lumira Design Studio. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to production within 24–48 business hours after the order is placed.
Our products are made to order (Print-on-Demand), so please allow time for production.

Production Time: 2–4 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Times & Estimates

After production, shipping times are:

Metro Cities (India): 4–6 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days
Remote Areas: 7–12 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to public holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Charges

We offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping on orders above a certain value (if applicable).
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India.
For international orders, please contact us at hello@lumiradesignstudio.com for custom inquiries.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe or appears to be lost in transit, please email us at hello@lumiradesignstudio.com with your order number.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
